Rationale: 

This packaging design for Lumina Skincare reflects the brand’s commitment to merging elegance with effectiveness. Inspired by the name “Lumina,” derived from the Latin word for “brilliant light,” the design emphasises radiance and timeless beauty. The box features four panels: brand background, product details, logo, and usage and ingredient information, with the body text set in the approachable sans-serif typeface ‘Nagoda.’

The logo combines a serif typeface with calligraphy-style accent lettering, adding a refined and sophisticated touch that enhances the brand’s identity. A dark purple gradient conveys luxury and tranquility, while the cohesive palette of violet, lavender, light wisteria, and valentino reinforces a sense of premium quality. Star accents and the tagline “Redefining Radiance” highlight the theme of light and radiance, while the inclusion of a purple orchid connects to the product's botanical ingredients and reinforces its natural elegance.

The layout employs clear hierarchy and thoughtful spacing for readability, ensuring the design is functional yet visually appealing. By balancing sophistication and simplicity, the Lumina packaging communicates a premium skincare experience focused on rejuvenation and natural beauty.
